404toFirst applied a focused, conversion–first SEO strategy. We aligned the site around buyer intent and created a set of high–impact Journey Pages: core Buyer Journey pages for top services, Local Buyer Journey pages for priority cities, and a handful of high–focus keyword pages addressing specific problems customers actively search for. We also resolved key technical blockers impacting crawlability and clarity.

Results within 90 days: +132% organic sessions, +187% search impressions, 11 new page–one keywords tied to revenue, and a 2.1 times increase in qualified form submissions. The client reduced dependence on paid traffic while maintaining total lead volume.
